At CustomKartShop, every product is uniquely crafted based on your custom requirements. Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Return / No Cancellation
All our products are made-to-order and tailored specifically for you. Therefore:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed
- Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized items
We request you to carefully review your design, spelling, and customization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare case that you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect order
Please contact us within 2 of delivery at bookmarkstech@customkartshop.com with clear photos and order details.
After verification, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a suitable resolution at our discretion
Refunds
Since all products are custom-made, refunds are generally not applicable. Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
- The product is defective or damaged
- We are unable to provide a replacement
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 Days to the original payment method.
